Refunds & Failed Payments
Payment failed?
If your payment didn’t go through or you didn’t receive a confirmation email, please contact us immediately via our contact page or send an email to support@vignetteslovakia.com.
Refunds or duplicate payments
In the rare case of a duplicate payment or if a refund is needed:
- We usually respond within one business day to your request.
- Refunds are processed via Mollie and normally appear back in your account within five working days.
- Please note that once issued, a vignette cannot be refunded.
