Right of Withdrawal
When you order a vignette at Vignetteslovakia.com, you request immediate activation of the service. Because the vignette is a digital product linked directly to your licence plate, the service is considered fully delivered once it is registered in the official Eznamka system.
By confirming your order, you expressly agree to immediate activation and waive your right of withdrawal after activation.
Before Activation
If you selected a later start date and the vignette has not yet been registered, you may withdraw your order within 14 days of purchase. To do so, send us an email at support@vignetteslovakia.com with your order number and request, or use the withdrawal form below.
After Activation
Once the vignette is active in the official system, withdrawal is no longer possible.
Refunds
If your withdrawal request is valid (before activation), we will refund your payment within 5 days using the same method you used for payment. Refunds are processed by Mollie, PayPal, or Revolut.
