We’re here to make driving in Slovakia smooth, simple, and worry-free. Our goal? To help every driver understand exactly what a Slovak vignette is, how tolls work, and how to comply with the rules — all in a way that’s clear, helpful, and in your own native language.

Why We Started

We saw too many people stuck trying to figure out the Slovakian vignette system: vague language options, limited payment methods, and confusing rules. The official Eznamka vignette system in Slovakia supports only six European languages. You can only pay with a Visa or Mastercard, while in most European countries, people tend to pay with other methods.

So we decided to do things differently. Since 2014, our parent company (Maut & Vignette B.V.) has been building tolling solutions across Europe. With Vignetteslovakia.com, we want to remove barriers: provide our service in 25 European languages and dialects and offer all major payment methods. At Vignetteslovakia.com, you can pay with Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and most local payment options. On top of that, we let you pay in your local currency — all with transparent pricing and support you can understand.

Vignetteslovakia.com was founded in 2014 and is based in Amersfoort, The Netherlands. With more than ten years of experience in European toll systems, we know the challenges drivers face when traveling across borders.

We are part of Maut & Vignette B.V., a company built on the belief that clarity, fairness, and simplicity should guide your car travels. To make sure our knowledge is always practical, we tested the Slovak vignette system ourselves in 2024, so the information we share is not just theoretical, but grounded in real experience.
